Forget intimidation, hello fun! Led by one of our Master Butchers, this mini sausage making class for kids isn’t just fun, it is giggles all throughout! Kids will be amazed at transforming minced pork into sausage. Kids will bring home their hand-made sausage with fresh pork shoulder and other fresh herbs and ingredients without preservatives.
