Towngas Cooking Centre 推出首屆「黑白法廚」,由兩位出眾的 Institut Disciples Escoffier畢業生親自教授及分享烹飪技巧,適合對法國烹飪有興趣的同學,課程牢牢紮根於法國美食的傳統,同時融合了一些新潮的烹飪技術和擺盤趨勢。
