Course Content
- French pastry terms, tools & definition
- Decoration, masking cake, creating traditional desserts
- Theoretical lesson: hygiene, sanitation, safety, type of flour & sugar, thickener agent, fruits and more….
- Training on creativity of plating dessert and recipe design
- Amplify taste & how to combine texture in a cake
- Supply management of development technical knowledge
- Application of chocolate technique

Time: Every Monday and Tuesday 6:30pm- 10:30pm and Sunday 9am-5:30pm
