Qualifications you will earn

Grand Diploma in French Cuisine, presented by the Institut Disciples Escoffier National qualification in French Pastry, which is accredited by the French government

Course Content

  • French pastry terms, tools & definition
  • Decoration, masking cake, creating traditional desserts
  • Theoretical lesson: hygiene, sanitation, safety, type of flour & sugar, thickener agent, fruits and more….
  • Training on creativity of plating dessert and recipe design
  • Amplify taste & how to combine texture in a cake
  • Supply management of development technical knowledge
  • Application of chocolate technique

Option 1 (Day time)
Course Date: From 30 Mar 2026 to 5 Nov 2026
Time: Every Monday and Tuesday 9am-5:30pm

Option 2 (Evening time)
Course Date: From 22 Mar 2026 to 5 Nov 2026
Time: Every Monday and Tuesday 6:30pm- 10:30pm and Sunday 9am-5:30pm

First Exam

  • We will invite examiners from France to oversee the written exam and practical exam for students.
