How to Apply

Once you are ready to apply, follow the steps below.

Application Procedure

Complete and submit the online application form

Apply for a course by clicking "here". You can also apply to join our study programme at Towngas Cooking Centre in the Lee Theatre in Causeway Bay.

Wait for our response to arrange an interview

We will acknowledge your application by email within five working days.

Interview

A 15-minute interview will be arranged. Our Master Teacher will select only the most passionate students to join the course.

Deposit

Due to the limited availability of course places, a deposit, HK$10,000 (Non-refundable) must be made to secure your place. It will be deducted from your tuition fees when you register for the programme.

Payment method

Our target is to respond within five working days, then we will arrange an interview regarding to the payment.
