Qualifications you will earn

Grand Diploma in French Cuisine, presented by the Institut Disciples Escoffier National qualification in French Pastry, which is accredited by the French government

Course Content

  • French culinary terms & definition and traditional techniques
  • Professional knife handling & plate decoration
  • Product origins and influences on French regional cuisine
  • Amplification on taste & use of seasoning, flavoring  and spices
  • Recipe production with best quality & rare produce
  • Menu creation and application
  • Basic skills on pie, cake, crème brûlée, chocolaté souffle, etc.
  • Combination of flavour, color & texture

Option 2 (Evening Time)

First Semester: Online Theory + Offline Practical

Second Semester: Offline Practical

Option 4 (DSE Program)
