- French culinary terms & definition and traditional techniques
- Professional knife handling & plate decoration
- Product origins and influences on French regional cuisine
- Amplification on taste & use of seasoning, flavoring and spices
- Recipe production with best quality & rare produce
- Menu creation and application
- Basic skills on pie, cake, crème brûlée, chocolaté souffle, etc.
- Combination of flavour, color & texture

Time: Every Tuesday and Wednesday 9am-5:30pm
Option 2
Course Date: From 3 Aug 2025 to 12 Mar 2026 (Evening time)
Time: Every Tuesday and Wednesday 6:30pm- 10:30pm and Sunday 9am-5:30pm
