
Asparagus with Crab Fillets

320 g | Fresh asparagus |
1 tin | Canned asparagus |
1/2 | Pack mocked crab fillets |
1 tsp | Chopped garlic |
2 Tbsp | Oil |
1 Tbsp | Fried white sesame |

1/2 tsp | Salt |
1 cup | Fine stock or water |
Sauces
2 tsps | Light soy sauce |
1/2 tsp | Sugar |
2 Tbsp | Water |
Methods
- Cut old parts off the root ends of the asparagus, wash it clean, boil it in boiling water for 3 minutes, take it out and rinse it with cold water for a while.
- Bringing seasonings to boil, scald the asparagus until cooked, take it out and place in a plate.
- Take the canned asparagus out, scald in boiling water, drain and place in the plate. Scald the mocked crab fillets in boiling water until hot, tear them into strips and place on the asparagus.
- Heating 2 Tbsps of oil, saute chopped garlic, mix sauce ingredients well to add in and bring to boil, place in a small bowl and serve with the asparagus and mocked crab fillets. Pour seasoning sauce over and sow fried sesame over for serving.
Gist: The fresh asparagus can maintain its green colour after boiled for 3 minutes and rinsed with cold water for a while.
