養生鹽可頌
手作養生鹽可頌源自日本創意,是以麵包工藝製作並塑形成可頌外型的特色烘焙。內包牛油,在高溫烘焙時融化滲出,形成標誌性的酥脆底部,表面則保留麵包的柔軟質感。課程中將教授精準發酵、麵團延展及烘焙控溫技巧,不依賴過多添加也能做出外酥內軟的完美口感。同時加入山藥、馬蹄與栗子,提升營養與層次風味,讓經典鹹點兼具健康與美味,適合日常與商用製作。
