1. 泰式青木瓜沙拉 Som Tum
青木瓜沙拉、蛇豆、蝦乾、辣椒、花生 Green papaya salad, snake beans, dried shrimp, chilli, peanuts
2. 南泰咖喱蟹 Southern Curry with Crab
南泰風味蟹肉咖喱、米粉、南泰咖喱醬、荖藤葉、蟹肉、米粉 Southern style crab curry, rice noodles, southern curry paste, betel leaves, crab meat, rice noodles
3. 鹽烤鱸魚 Grilled Barramundi
香茅、南薑、芫荽根、泰國羅勒 Lemongrass, galangal, coriander root, Thai basil
4. 芒果糯米飯 Mango Sticky Rice
泰國菜餐廳行政主廚Ben將擔任Towngas Cooking Centre泰國菜課程的導師。他在香港從事泰國菜主廚工作已有20年,擁有酒店及休閒餐廳的工作經驗,主廚Ben將為您帶來全新的泰國烹飪體驗!
Thai concept executive chef Ben will be the tutor of the Thai Cooking Class in Towngas Cooking Centre. He has been working as a Thai chef for 20 years in Hong Kong; with work experience in both hotels and casual dining restaurants, chef Ben is going to bring a whole new Thai cooking experience you!
