
Stir fried shredded duck in XO sauce

188 g roasted duck fillet | |
1 stalk celery | |
1 red chilli | |
1 tsp grated garlic |

1 tbsp XO sauce | |
1/2 tsp salt | |
1 tsp sugar | |
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce | |
1 tsp wine |
Methods
- Cut roasted duck fillet into shreds. Set aside.
- Rinse and cut celery into pieces. Remove the pith from red chilli. Shred it.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Stir fry grated garlic until fragrant. Add celery, shredded red chilli, shredded duck and seasoning. Stir well and serve
Celery helps lower the cholesterol level and lose weight. Always pick those in green color and with thick stems.
