Hot water – 1 1/3 cup | |
Aloe fillet (diced) – 1/2 cup | |
Honey – 2 tbsp | |
Matcha green tea powder – 1 tbsp | |
Gelatine – 2 tsp |
Methods
- Dissolve the green tea powder in the hot water.
- Stir in honey and diced aloe.
- Stir in gelatine and mix well. Pour the mixture into jelly moulds and refrigerate until set. Serve.
Nutritional tips: Green tea contains more polyphenols than black tea. Among all polyphenols present in tea, catechin is a strong antioxidant that defies aging and protects healthy cells from being harmed by free radicals.
