
Bean curd with Pickled Turnip

| 80 g | Pickled turnip |
| 1 pc | Rather solid beancurd |
| 1 Tbsp each | Spring onion and red chilis pellets |

| 1/2 Tbsp | Light soy sauce |
| 1 tsp | Sugar |
| a dash | Sesame oil |
Methods
- Rinse the bean curd clean, drain, steam it over high heat for 3 minutes, take it out and cool it; wash the pickled turnip, soak it in ice water and chop it.
- Heating 1 Tbsp of oil, saute spring onion and red chilis pellets, put the pickled turnip in to saute, add seasonings to stir-fry well and take them out.
- Cut the bean curd into dices, place them in a plate and put the pickled turnip pellets of 2. over for serving.
Gist: The pickled turnip will become crisp by washing it clean and soaking it thoroughly in ice water.
