Bean curd with Pickled Turnip

Ingredients

80 g Pickled turnip
1 pc Rather solid beancurd
1 Tbsp each Spring onion and red chilis pellets

1/2 Tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp Sugar
a dash Sesame oil

Methods

  1. Rinse the bean curd clean, drain, steam it over high heat for 3 minutes, take it out and cool it; wash the pickled turnip, soak it in ice water and chop it.
  2. Heating 1 Tbsp of oil, saute spring onion and red chilis pellets, put the pickled turnip in to saute, add seasonings to stir-fry well and take them out.
  3. Cut the bean curd into dices, place them in a plate and put the pickled turnip pellets of 2. over for serving.
Gist: The pickled turnip will become crisp by washing it clean and soaking it thoroughly in ice water.
