
Carrot And Raisins Salad

8 Tbsp | Raisins |
10-12 | Green basil leaves |
1 | Pomelo |
6 | Salad vegetable leaves |
2/5 cup | French-style seasoning sauce |
a dash each | Salt and pepper |
Methods
- Skin carrots, clean, cut into shreds 5-cm long, soak in ice water for 1 minute, take out and freeze in the refrigerator.
- Remove stalks from raisins, soak in warm water for a while and dry with clean cloth.
- Wash basil leaves clean, dry in the air and cut 2 pieces into fine shreds.
- Skin pomelo, remove pith, divide its segments, leave 2 segments for use and squeeze the remaining into juice. Mix juice with French-style seasoining well.
- Wash sald vegetable leaves clean and drain.
- Spread basil leaves and vegetable leaves in a plate, put carrots raisins, shredded basil leaves on.
- Add salt and pepper to mix well again and serve with French-style seasoning sauce and pomelo.
