Ingredients

2 cups Fresh milk
35 g Chinese sweet almond
10 g Chinese bitter almond
70 g Sugar
5 Egg white

Methods

  1. Rinse the almonds, soak in water for 1 hr, drain and blend with the milk until smooth, strain.
  2. Dissolve sugar in the almond milk.
  3. Lightly beat egg white, add to the almond milk, stir well.
  4. Pour into small bowls and double-boil over medium low heat until set.
