
Pork Cubes in Hot Bean Sauce

| 200 g | Pork loin |
| 1 | Green pepper |
| 50 g | Long runner bean |
| 50 g | Bamboo shoot |
| 1 pc | Spicy pressed tofu |
| 1 Tbsp | Dried shrimp (soaked) |
| 2 | Chinese mushroom (soaked) |
| 80 g | Cashew nut (deep-fried) |
| 1 tsp | Chopped garlic |
| 1-2 tsp | Hot bean paste |
調味料
| 1 tsp | Light soya sauce |
| 1/2 tsp | Cornstarch |
| each 1 tsp | Oil and water |
Sauces
| 1/4 cup | Water |
| 1/2 Tbsp | Sugar |
| 1/2 Tbsp | Light soya sauce |
| 1/2 Tbsp | Shaoshing wine |
| a little | Sesame oil and pepper |
| 1 tsp | Cornstarch (mixed with water, use later) |
Methods
- Rinse and wipe dry pork loin, cut into cubes and mix with marinade.
- Rinse the rest of the ingredients, cut into cubes.
- Heat 3 Tbsp oil, saute pork cubes with chopped garlic, sprinkle wine and then add in the rest of the ingredients together with hot bean paste. Add sauce, cover and simmer for 3 min.
- When sauce has reduced, thicken with cornstarch mixture.
- Lastly sprinkle in fried cashew nuts and serve, an ideal dish with drinks.
