自釀日本紫南高梅酒
紫南高梅又叫紫姫梅,外皮紫紅色,因為帶有蘋果與花香,是季節限定的品種,通常五至六月才有。個頭不會太大,但香味濃郁,浸泡後的酒會呈現夢幻玫瑰的色澤! 極受梅酒愛好者的歡迎。
今次亦教大家泡完梅酒的梅子,怎樣再用來做梅露,梅子吸入紫蘇香氣製出來的梅露, 顏值口感都叫絕! 梅露也可用來泡紫蘇茶,溫和不寒涼,凍飲熱飲皆可,是四季飲品之選擇。
