西洋炸角仔 + 焗蕃薯糕

*中葡家庭都會慶祝農曆新年,部份賀年菜式都是富有中式和西式元素 

西洋炸角仔有別於中式傳統油角,菜式源自於印度Samosa,西洋炸角仔是一道鹹食小吃,角仔餡是牛肉和豬肉,皮則用牛奶和麵粉搓成;焗番薯糕源自於葡萄牙糕點,是一道懷舊的家庭菜式,在中葡日常生活的喜慶節日和深受歡迎的「肥茶 High Tea」裡經常出現。
