1. 泰式炸魷魚鬚 Pla Muk
炸魷魚鬚、青胡椒、新鮮薄荷及辣椒醬 Fried squid tentacles, green peppercorn, fresh mint & chilli sauce
2. 北泰咖喱 Khao Soi Northern Curry
烤雞串 Grilled Chicken Skewer
3. 冬蔭功 Tom Yum Kung
酸辣湯底、虎蝦、檸檬葉、南薑 Hot & sour broth, tiger prawn, kaffir & galangal
4. 泰式椰汁糕 Ta Ko
泰國菜餐廳行政主廚Ben將擔任Towngas Cooking Centre泰國菜課程的導師。他在香港從事泰國菜主廚工作已有20年,擁有酒店及休閒餐廳的工作經驗,主廚Ben將為您帶來全新的泰國烹飪體驗!
Thai concept executive chef Ben will be the tutor of the Thai Cooking Class in Towngas Cooking Centre. He has been working as a Thai chef for 20 years in Hong Kong; with work experience in both hotels and casual dining restaurants, chef Ben is going to bring a whole new Thai cooking experience you!
