Bacon and Asparagus Rolls

Ingredients

4 slices bacon
8 asparaguses
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil

Methods

  1. Trim asparaguses and rinse. Scald in boiling water with salt and olive oil. Preheat oven to 200ºC.
  2. Cut bacon into halves. Each bacon slice rolls up an asparagus. Set with toothpicks. Arrange on an oven tray. Put into preheated oven. Bake at 200ºC for 5~8 minutes until done. Serve.
