
Bacon and Asparagus Rolls

4 slices bacon | |
8 asparaguses | |
1/2 tsp salt | |
1 tsp olive oil |
Methods
- Trim asparaguses and rinse. Scald in boiling water with salt and olive oil. Preheat oven to 200ºC.
- Cut bacon into halves. Each bacon slice rolls up an asparagus. Set with toothpicks. Arrange on an oven tray. Put into preheated oven. Bake at 200ºC for 5~8 minutes until done. Serve.
