40 g | macaroni |
35 g | minced pork |
30 g | onion (diced) |
20 g | carrot (diced) |
10 g | peas |
50 g | cauliflower |
1/3 | apple (diced) |

Methods
- Cook macaroni until done. Rinse in cold water and drain. Soak apple in salty water. Drain and set aside.
- Blanch carrot, peas (can be replaced by frozen peas, carrot and corn) and cabbage.
- Stir fry onion until fragrant. Put in pork and stir fry until done. Add the ingredients in (1) and (2). Mix well and pour in seasoning. Serve.
