Ingredients

40 g macaroni
35 g minced pork
30 g onion (diced)
20 g carrot (diced)
10 g peas
50 g cauliflower
1/3 apple (diced)

1 tbsp ketchup

Methods

  1. Cook macaroni until done. Rinse in cold water and drain. Soak apple in salty water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Blanch carrot, peas (can be replaced by frozen peas, carrot and corn) and cabbage.
  3. Stir fry onion until fragrant. Put in pork and stir fry until done. Add the ingredients in (1) and (2). Mix well and pour in seasoning. Serve.
