Assorted Beans Pudding

Ingredients

Red layer:
100 g red beans
4 cups Water
50 g Sugar
1 Tbsp Agar agar powder
Yellow layer:
100 g Split green beans
4 cups Water
50 g Sugar
1 Tbsp Agar agar powder

Methods

  1. Soak beans separately for 1 hour. Drain.
  2. Cook beans separately in boiling water until soft, approximately 45 min.
  3. Blend them separately until smooth. Take 2 cups of each puree, add sugar and agar agar powder to each bean mixture, heat to dissolve.
  4. Pour red bean mixture into a mould, chill until set. Then pour split green bean mixture on top and set in the fridge. Cut into different patterns to serve.
