| 100 g | red beans |
| 4 cups | Water |
| 50 g | Sugar |
| 1 Tbsp | Agar agar powder |
| Yellow layer: | |
| 100 g | Split green beans |
| 4 cups | Water |
| 50 g | Sugar |
| 1 Tbsp | Agar agar powder |
Methods
- Soak beans separately for 1 hour. Drain.
- Cook beans separately in boiling water until soft, approximately 45 min.
- Blend them separately until smooth. Take 2 cups of each puree, add sugar and agar agar powder to each bean mixture, heat to dissolve.
- Pour red bean mixture into a mould, chill until set. Then pour split green bean mixture on top and set in the fridge. Cut into different patterns to serve.
