
Baked Salted Giblets

500 g | Chicken giblets (gizzard and liver) |
1 Tbsp | Sesame oil |

1 Tbsp | Chicken powder |
1 tsp | Salt |
1 Tbsp | Ginger juice |
1 Tbsp | Shaoshing wine |
Methods
- Clean and rinse chicken gizzard, trim off the white outer membrane and then cut criss-cross pattern. Rinse chicken liver and keep them whole. Mix giblets with seasonings and marinate for 15 min.
- Preheat oven at 230?, arrange giblets on a rack.
- Bake for 10 min in the oven, then brush with sesame oil; continue to bake for 5 min until dry and golden.
Ginger juice can help to enhance the flavour of the giblets.
