Baked Salted Giblets

Ingredients

500 g Chicken giblets (gizzard and liver)
1 Tbsp Sesame oil

1 Tbsp Chicken powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Ginger juice
1 Tbsp Shaoshing wine

Methods

  1. Clean and rinse chicken gizzard, trim off the white outer membrane and then cut criss-cross pattern. Rinse chicken liver and keep them whole. Mix giblets with seasonings and marinate for 15 min.
  2. Preheat oven at 230?, arrange giblets on a rack.
  3. Bake for 10 min in the oven, then brush with sesame oil; continue to bake for 5 min until dry and golden.
Ginger juice can help to enhance the flavour of the giblets.
