18 g | 'Tian Qi' (sliced) |
10 | Red date |
2 slices | Ginger |
4 cups | Boiling water |
to taste | Salt |
Methods
- Rinse chicken, parboil in water for 5 min, rinse.
- Rinse 'Tian Qi', rinse and stone red dates.
- Place chicken and the rest of the ingredients in a deep bowl, add boiling water, cover and double-boil for 3 hr.
- Season to taste with enough salt.
