四哥家鄉咖喱麵包雞
馬來西亞咖哩麵包雞主要來自於叫化雞,傳統做法是用荷葉將雞包住,外層塗滿泥土再窯烤,但經改良而成目前見到的咖哩麵包雞。當烤熟的麵包端上桌面,再用刀切成蓮花形狀,撥開麵包後即可見裡頭藏著用錫紙包住的咖哩雞,一打開錫紙香噴噴咖哩味即不斷釋出。用手撕出一塊麵包再沾上咖哩汁來食,“包“你食過返尋味!
