Practice:

Tagliolini, Tagliatelle, Ragu di Carne alla Bolognese (Meat Sauce) 。

Demo:   

Pappardelle al Gorgonzola, Pere e Noci (Gorgonzola, Pear & Walnuts)。

 

Class 2: Pasta all’uovo Formati Corti (Short Egg Pasta)

Practice:   

Garganelli con Salsiccia e Porcini al Rosmarino (Fresh Sausage & Porcini)。

Demo:   

Quadrucci Pasta e Fagioli  (Beans Soup)。

 

Class 3: Pasta di Semola di Grano Duro (Durum Wheat Pasta)

Practice:

Orecchiette with Sicilian Red Prawns。

Demo:   

Cavatelli with Broccolini, Speck & Ceci,

Strozzapreti with Radicchio, Prosciutto & Scarmoza。

 

Class 4: Pasta Fresca Senza Uova (Eggless Pasta)

Practice:

Trofie al Pesto。

Demo:   

Corzetti al Sugo di Noci (Walnut Sauce),

Pici al Ragu d’anatra  (Duck Meat Sauce)。

 

Class 5: Filled Pasta

Practice:

Tortelli di Zucca e Amaretti (Pumpkin & Amaretti)。

Demo:   

Mezzelune di Stracchino e Rucola (Soft Cheese & Rocket)。

 

Class 6: Squid Ink Pasta, Examination & Certificate Presentation

Practice:

Squid Ink Pasta, Seafood Ragu,
