Master Handcraft Dim Sum Course (Goldfish Steamed Dumplings, Cute Pig Bun, Fried Carrot Pork Puffs)

Dim sum is a virtual part of Chinese culture. Mastering this craft with skills including frying, steaming, creating the fillings, making dough wrappings is never easy. In the era of mass production, you can hardly find restaurants serving handcraft dim sum.

In this “Master Handcraft Dim Sum Course”, you can learn dim sum in all shapes and sizes, from traditional to innovative. With masters’ guidance, you can explore the knowledge and practise authentic skills in dim sum making.

Lesson 1-Goldfish Steamed Dumplings

Elegant steamed dumplings in goldfish form with hand-crafted thin wrappings!

Practice:  Wheat Starch Wrapping,Ha Gau Filling。

Demo:     Perfect Ha Gau Shrimp Dumplings with 11 creases 。



Lesson2 -Cute Cute Pig Bun

Instructor: Lilian  (Cantonese)

Thursday 9 Aug 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.

實習:   Cute Cute豬豬包,霉乾菜豬肉餡,豬豬造型。

示範:   養生紫薯饅頭。


Lesson 3 - Fried Carrot Pork Puffs

Our professional instructor will explain to you in detail about the importance of oil temperature control & its relationship in frying nice pork puffs!
