Chef Benoît Sinthon

Chef Benoît Sinthon was born in Gardanne, near Marseilles. He has worked at several different Michelin-starred restaurants. Under his leadership, the restaurant at Madeira’s The Cliff Bay Hotel, Il Gallo D’Oro, received a Michelin star in 2008. This was renewed consecutively until 2017, the year the restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars, which it holds to the present day.
