Thai Spring Roll


500g ground pork
30g minced carrots
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 bulb (small) of minced shallots
½ tspn of white pepper
1 tspn of lemon grass power
Minced coriander
A sprinkle of sesame oil
Spring roll wrapper
Cooking oil


1Place the ground pork on a mixing bowl
2Mix all the ingredients (except sesame oil) together in a separate bowl after which pour it on the ground pork
3Mix the sauce and the ground pork thoroughly to make sure the sauce mixture spreads evenly
4Once the sauce and pork mix evenly drizzle some sesame oil this will avoid the mince pork from sticking together
5Wrapped it with your choice if size
6Fry until golden brown
