Thai Patty & Thai Pork Patties


500g ground pork
30g minced carrots
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 bulb (small) of minced shallots
½ tspn of white pepper
1 tspn of lemon grass power
2 tbspn of chickpeas
2 eggs
Minced coriander, minced spring onion
Cooking oil


1Place the ground pork on a mixing bowl
2Mix all the ingredients together in a separate bowl after which pour it on the ground pork
3Mix the sauce and the ground pork thoroughly to make sure the sauce mixture spreads evenly
4Once the sauce and pork mix evenly break the two eggs on it and thoroughly
5Shape them into patties and fry
