Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
6-8 slices of smoked salmon
Salmon Pate:
200 grams canned salmon
? red onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh dill
1 tablespoon capers, chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Drops of tabasco
Lemon Dressing:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Garnish:Fresh dill, 1 cucumber, 4-5 pieces radish

Parsley oil:

1 bunch of Italian parsley
200 ml olive oil
