Pork Slices Soup with Fresh Lotus Seeds and Lily Bulbs

113 g fresh lotus seeds
75 g fresh lily bulbs
150 g lean pork
1 slice ginger

Method

1Rinse fresh lotus seeds. Rinse fresh lily bulbs and tease off each petal.
2Rinse lean pork and slice in a way perpendicular to the grains of meat.
3Bring 4 boils of water to the boil. Add lean pork, fresh lotus seeds and ginger slice. Boil over high heat for 20 minutes. Put in fresh lily bulbs and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
