Ginger Chicken


1kg chicken
100g of yellow ginger
3 tbsp of sesame oil
3 tbsp of Oyster sauce
3 tbsp of Chinese wine
2 stalk of spring onion


1Cut the chicken into small portions
2Pour sesame oil onto a heated wok and suate ginger until color turn transparent and smell aromatic
3Then add all the chicken and mix it with ginger
4Once chicken turns whitish in color, pour the osyter sauce then mix
5Let chicken simmer for 10—15 minutes so flavor sips into chicken
6Mix again, then pour chinese wine on the chicken mix then sprinkle spring onions
