240 ml water
1 tablespoons olive oil
30 grams sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
130 grams cake flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
Hot Chocolate Cream:
50 ml whipping cream
50 grams dark chocolate
A pinch of ground cinnamon & cocoa powder for dusting


11. Put water, olive oil, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Heat to dissolve the sugar, then bring to a full boil.
22. Stir in flour and baking powder and mix immediately. Cook over low heat for 1 minute. Remove from heat and beat

43. Using a star nozzle, pipe the churros dough into hot oil and deep-fry until golden brown. Remove and drain the oil
5well. Dust with some cocoa powder and ground cinnamon.
64. Melt the chocolate and mix with the cream. Serve with the churros.
