Chicken & Pork Adobo


1kg Chicken
500g pork belly
1 bulb of onion thinly cut
5 cloves of garlic chopped
3 pieces laurel levels
5 pcs peppercorn
4 tbspn Apple cider vinegar
5 tbpsn of light soy sauce
½ cup chicken broth (optional)


1Wash chicken and pork thoroughly then cut into small portions
2Put in a medium size wok or med size pot
3Add all the ingredients except the apple cider vinegar
4Bring it to boil then simmer for 3o minutes on medium heat
5Then slowly mix it then add the apple cider vinegar and let it simmer to low heat for 10-15 minutes to allow the apple cider vinegar to sip in the meat
