Margaret underwent professional culinary training in Canada and Italy.  She worked in several Michelin-Starred restaurants in Italy. After returning to Hong Kong, she worked as a chef in Gaia Ristorante, a celebrated Italian restaurant.  In her Picky Gourmet, you will find gorgeous flavours as she insists in using the best ingredients and methods to cook every dishes.
