Master Handcraft Dim Sum Course (Crystal Buns, Shandong Steamed Buns, Birthday Buns)

Dim sum is a virtual part of Chinese culture. Mastering this craft with skills including frying, steaming, creating the fillings, making dough wrappings is never easy. In the era of mass production, you can hardly find restaurants serving handcraft dim sum.

In this “Master Handcraft Dim Sum Course”, you can learn dim sum in all shapes and sizes, from traditional to innovative. With masters’ guidance, you can explore the knowledge and practise authentic skills in dim sum making.

Lesson 2 - Shandong Steamed Buns

The characteristics in Shandong Steamed Buns is its big size & snow white bread dough! Come & make these big buns with us!

Practice: Shandong Steamed Buns ,Bread Dough,Vegetable & Meat Filling。

Demo:    Steamed Vegetarian Bun。

 

Lesson 3 - Birthday Buns

For those who have tried making the birthday buns will understand that it requires skills to shape the bun into perfect peach shape! Come learn from us on the technique for making the perfect Birthday Buns!
