技巧Techniques:

養生竹籠蒸蛋糕、復古曲奇框製法與烘焙技巧、中型花球及自然雙圍邊拼花技巧、細膩立體中級裱花技巧:水玫、水玫花蕾、多肉玫瑰、德國玫瑰、各階段的波斯毛茛、立體藍葐花、三色紫羅蘭、金奬山茶花、立體虎百合、立體虎百合花蕾、獨有牡丹花、風信子、聖誕蕨葉

 

-        Steamed cake making in quality bamboo steamer

-        Cookie frame baking 

-        Flower arrangement: blossom and double cascading

裱花Flowers:

-        Aqua rose 水玫, Aqua rose buds 水玫花蕾, Succulent rose 多肉玫瑰, 

German alabaster rose 德國玫瑰,

-        Japanese buttercups, Persian ranunculus in stages 各階段的波斯毛茛,

-        3D scabiosa 立體藍葐花,

-        Violets/ Pansies 三色紫羅蘭, Transvaal daisy,

-        Award-winning camellia 金奬山茶花, 

-        3D tiger lily 立體虎百合, 3D tiger lily buds 立體虎百合花蕾,
