Day 1:

10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Chef Koo Chocolate Workshop

Practical:    Chocolate tempering, Ginger Vinegar Chocolate Bonbon,

                     Creative chocolate recipe: Honey Lemon Artisanal Chocolate

Demo:         Chocolate Marshmallow

 

3 – 7 p.m.  Chef Doyen Master French Pastries Workshop

Practical:    Pink Lady – Lychee Raspberries Strawberries Almond Cake,

                     Lemon Tart Signature

 

Day 2:

10 a.m. – 2 p.m.   Chef Koo Chocolate Workshop

Practical:    Chocolate spraying,

     Chocolate bonbon – Strawberries Lemon Diamond Bonbon,

     Colouring & patterns design – Vanilla Mandarin

Demo:         Chocolate Galaxy – Tea scented series

 

3 – 7 p.m.  Chef Doyen Master French Pastries Workshop

Practical:    Cherry Blossom,

                     Summer Daisy (Matcha White Peach Raspberries Lemon Cake)

 

Day 3:

10 a.m. – 2 p.m.  Chef Koo x Chef Doyen 4 Hands Master Workshop

Chef Doyen Practical:    Flower of Love (Strawberries Vanilla Lime Pistachio Cake)

Chef Koo Practical:        Chocolate Décor

 

3-7 p.m. Completion & Dessert Table Setting

Chef Doyen Practical:    Ponkan (Kumquat Chestnut Cream Hazelnut Cake)

Tasting time (5:30 – 7 p.m.): Particpants are welcome to invite a friend to join the tasting & photo session!
