Albert’s Italian Kitchen - Italian Antipasto

Albert's passion for cooking started very early as a small kid seeing his father (who was a chef turned businessman) practicing flame cooking in the kitchen.   In his adult life, Albert is a PR professional and freelance travel / food writer and has travelled extensively grabbing every opportunity to learn from top chefs around the world including the legendary Chef Nobu.   Albert studied and obtained his diploma in culinary arts at the Alma School of Italian Cuisine in Parma, northern Italy.  Albert has worked and apprenticed with Michelin starred chef Giuseppe D’Aquinio at the  Ristorante  Oseleta  near Verona in Italy.
