All courses are listed online. Enrollment and payment are possible via the Internet. Fees for online enrollments must be paid by credit card (Visa or Master Card) at time of online enrollment.

Course fees can be settled by cheque made payable to "The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited", crossed and sent to Towngas Cooking Centre, Basement, Leighton Centre, 77 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Due to limited seats, advanced reservation is recommended and can be made at Towngas Cooking Centre, any Towngas Customer Centres, Towngas Avenue or by phone at 2576 1535. Course fees must be paid within a week of reservation.
Please write the student name, course title, starting date and contact number on the back of your cheque. |

Enrollment is also possible in person at Towngas Cooking Centre, any Towngas Customer Centres and Towngas Avenue. Payment can be made by cash, by cheque or credit card.

| Other Important Information |

| 1. |
Course fees must be paid within one week after making a reservation. Otherwise, bookings will be automatically cancelled without further notice. Online enrollment must be settled by using a credit card at time of online enrollment. |

| 2. |
The closing date for enrollment is normally three days before the course commences. Early enrollment is advised as seats are limited. |
|
| 3. |
Course fees are not refundable or transferable. |
|
| 4. |
Towngas Cooking Centre reserves the right to alter the instructor, time and content of courses offered, if necessary. |
|
| 5. |
No formal educational qualifications are required to attend courses, unless otherwise stated. Acceptance is at the discretion of the Towngas Cooking Centre's management. |
|
| 6. |
Only students are allowed to enter classrooms during practical and demonstration classes. |
|
| 7. |
Classes will not meet if typhoon signal No. 8 or a black rainstorm signal has been announced. On such occasions, classes will either be postponed or cancelled. Wherever feasible, all classes will resume as normal four hours after typhoon signal No.8 has been lowered or the black rainstorm signal downgraded, depending on time of announcements. |

In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited shall be final and binding. |
