Born into a family with a gastronomic passion, Margaret has adored food ever since her childhood. This nurtured her keen interest in cookery. She underwent professional culinary training in Canada, before moving on to Italy and working in several Michelin Star restaurants there. That is why she knows the cuisines of different Italian regions so well. After returning to Hong Kong, she worked as a chef in an upscale and celebrated Italian restaurant. By joining the Towngas Cooking Centre, Margaret hopes to share her insights into cookery directly with other culinary aficionados.
