To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Towngas Cooking Centre, Mr Yeung Koon Yat, world-renowned expert in the art of abalone cooking was invited to hold two cooking demonstration courses in January. Mr Yeung demonstrated his special skills in preparing abalone and other famous cuisines for Towngas Cooking Centre members. Well known food critics, Ms Doreen Leung, was also invited to jointly host the memorable cooking demonstrations. |
