In March, Towngas Cooking Centre was proud to have Mr Craig Au Yeung Ying Chai, author of the book ‘Hong Kong Wei Dao’, run two practical courses which included chefs from Ser Wong Fun and Lui Chai Kee restaurants demonstrating their signature dishes and sharing their cooking tips with participants. |
